                                                               <Sebatian Park, CEO of EXCELLO>                                                                                                                                   <Surface Temperature Sensor> <고온 면 센서>

Excello (CEO Park Sung-jae, www.iexcello.com ), a company specializing in Heat DX, recently announced that it has created a successful case of enabling safe operation at the operations site where its solution is applied.

"The temperature data monitoring system, which is the most important factor in the steel industry, will improve productivity, reduce carbon emissions, prevent safety accidents, and reduce costs," said Chae Min-seok, head of SEAH Changwon Special Steel's Technology Research Institute, who applied Excello's IRS solution to the actual process. "Checking for erosion of refractories essential for high-temperature facilities goes through almost human hands. No matter how skilled a person works, there is a risk of safety accidents. Recently, we have made great achievements in preventing safety accidents with accurate real-time data."  In addition, he said, "Since the introduction of the IRS solution, it has been an opportunity to prevent safety accidents and improve productivity through a regular monitoring system that can check temperature data in real time, and IRS to Excel will be the best DX solution that steel companies can introduce."

Recently, digital experience (DX) is a key strategy that brings innovation and competitiveness to companies, and traditional industries such as the steel industry are also trying to actively introduce digital technology to innovate existing production methods and management models. However, the steel industry has many environmental restrictions (high temperature and high pressure), making it very difficult to apply technology that can collect, analyze, and monitor facility conditions as digital data.

Excello's IRS solution is drawing attention from domestic and foreign steel companies as a solution to collect and analyze temperature data on the surface where High Temperature Surface Sensors are installed using high-temperature and high-pressure operating environments and highly specialized production processes and facilities.

If steel companies introduce DX, they will be able to provide innovative and high-quality products by combining digital technology with the experience of skilled technicians for a long time, and through DX, steel companies will realize automation of production processes, quality improvement through data analysis, and smart factory construction. Excello is the only company that has the technology to enable Heat DX of such a steel company.

Excello is currently actively discussing the application and spread of IRS solutions with domestic and foreign steel companies. Moreover, Excello is a company specializing in Heat DX and is a startup verified through TIPS (Ministry of SMEs and Startups) and INNO BIZ certification.

“We have developed an IRS solution that can also monitor the status information of all high and low temperature facilities operating the heat of all companies dealing with heat, and workers working in them.” CEO Park said, "If the IRS solution is applied to high-temperature facilities, it can not only reduce maintenance and operating costs of the facilities, but also prevent serious accidents by improving safety."
